Two decades in the combat sports industry, Tye brings knowledge, relationships, and expertise to Borgata. The driving force behind the company’s vision, Tye focuses on transforming ideas into successful strategies. His background provides an understanding of the demands of athletes, promotions, sponsors, and industry partners.

Navy Veteran and athlete drawing on his discipline, leadership skills & Financial experience. Nick brings a sharp and strategic mindset to Borgata's mission of sponsoring athletes and talent. He brings the structure, accountability, and vision needed to build sustainable opportunities for athletes, brands, and partners within the Borgata network.
President & Head of talent Management
Longtime friend and experienced event coordinator, Omar plays a key role in shaping Borgata's strategic partnerships. He structures endorsement and media opportunities while overseeing executive leadership, event operations, and representing the company in high-level business relationships.
